Geoffrey Hinton and Fei-Fei Li draw thousands to talk about responsible AI development
The Honourable Elena Kagan, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court, received the degree Doctor of Laws, honoris causa, in a special Convocation ceremony arranged to celebrate her extraordinary record and influence as a scholar and jurist. During her visit to the University, she engaged in a public conversation with Professor Yasmin Dawood and later in a conversation before a student audience with the Honourable Rosalie Abella, Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada and alumna of the University.
