Historic First Visit to U of T by Delegation from Peking University

President Gertler hosted a dinner in honour of the historic first visit to U of T by an official delegation from Peking University, led by PKU’s president, Professor Lin Jianhua. PKU is a member of the C-9, the organization representing China’s most elite global universities, and is one of U of T’s key strategic partners in the Asia-Pacific region. The dinner was the culmination of meetings throughout the day including senior administration and faculty members from both institutions.
