U of T’s historic Defy Gravity campaign surpasses major milestones
Roberto Benigni and Nicoletta Braschi, prolific filmmakers and award-winning actors, were each awarded the degree Doctor of Laws, honoris causa, for their exceptional contributions to the arts, particularly their wonderful achievements in acting, writing, and producing. Their performances are celebrated as compelling examples of acting as story-telling.
